SERVING OPPORTUNITIES AT COAST HILLS:

Parking Team |  We have two types of teams, a weekend parking and a special events parking team.  Our weekend parking team helps wave and welcome everyone as they pull down the driveway to church.  For special events, if you can help at Christmas, Easter, and SVBS by directing traffic for major events contact Kristin Jepson at 949-362-0079 x242 kjepson@coasthillschurch.org

Connect Follow-Up Team |  Do you have time available Tuesday-Wednesday to make a personal phone call to our first time guests?  If so, we would love to have you a part of our follow-up team that connects and welcomes those to the church! Contact Mary-Ann Azzolina at 949-280-3911.

Weekend Hospitality Team |  7am is an early wake-up call, but if you can help set-up, restock beverages, and help monitor the students who serve donuts during weekend services, we can use your help!  Sundays, 7am-10:30am or 10:30am-1:00pm shift. Contact Kristin Jepson if you are interested!

Check-In Greeters: Help greet, and check-in all kids of Kid City through our computer system. Arrive 20 minutes prior to service.  Training provided (ages 16+).

Leader: Arrive 20 minutes prior to service time.  Prepare in advance by reading through curriculum and weekly scripture passage.  Help set-up/tear-down classroom, lead the age group of your choice, and make sure service runs smoothly.

Assistant: Arrive 20 minutes prior to service time.  Ready to assist leader in all areas, very relational and loving.

MEN - Join the Men's Ministry Team | We are looking for men to join us in our mission to bring the men of our church into a deeper fellowship with Jesus Christ. MENTOR ME |  A group of Christian men that connect with fatherless boys ages 5 years - teens.  These group events give the boys an opportunity to bond with their mentors, while having fun and learning.  All of our activities include prayer and Bible study.  In this way, we can give the boys a solid foundation and lead them in a close relationship with the Lord.  To get involved today, contact Andy Schiller aschiller@cox.net or call him at (949) 510-5257

Graphic Design | Help collaborate, create and produce interactive communication pieces. Help clarify and clearly communicate with use of your gifts to glorify God and support the church.

Photography Team | Our Photography team supports all Coast Hills events, including; weekend services, large seasonal events,  BBQ’s, even tagging along with our students as they go to camp.

Web Design | Help us maintain and develop content, unique ideas and other interactive ideas on our website.

Video Editing | Responsible for editing, converting and uploading the weekend message.  Training available, and no previous experience is necessary. Our video editors process and help place media projects on the web and for other distribution.

Weekend Worship Band | We are always seeking musicians who are able to play at a professional or semi-professional level. Players in the bands need to be able to play multiple styles and be able to read charts. We look for people who want to use their musical gifts and song writing abilities to serve the Lord and there is an audition process to play at this level.  All instruments are welcome, though not all instruments are used routinely. Worship Team Vocals | Gathers weekly for community, life sharing, learning new songs, and rehearsing for services and events.  From this community, singers are selected for weekend worship services and special events. Singing ability must range from intermediate to mastered level and there is an audition process to sing at this level. Contact Mark Cullen at mcullen@coasthillschurch.org

Juvenile Hall | This outreach is to incarcerated and at-risk youth in Orange County with Protestant Chaplaincy Ministry.  Orangewood Children’s Home and Juvenile Hall are two of the ministries we help!  To be involved in this ministry, you must attend the volunteer orientation.  The training is at OC Juvenile Hall.  Please call Sheri Snyder at 714-935-6365 or 714-434-6012

Food Pantry | Food Pantry is a ministry that we offer on-site at Coast Hills the 2nd and last Saturday of each month to assist families in our area who struggle to provide food on their table.  Visit our webpage for upcoming distribution dates.  If you are in need of food, or want to serve, please contact Guy Boicey, guy@boicey.net

Mobile Food Pantry | Our congregation collects food donations, which allows the mobile food pantry truck and volunteer team to serve the Marine families at Camp Pendleton on the third Saturday of each month.  If you can donate food, organize and stock the warehouse, or serve with us contact Sally Hales, shales8@cox.net, 949-683-4709

Treasure Box | Provide families and individuals of all income ranges to stretch their monthly food budget.  A pre-assembled box of popular and nutritious grocery food items work between $65-100, that can be purchased by anyone for only $30.  Serve our community, and your friends and family with this awesome program! Mexico Day Trips
