2. Fill out application
3. Review of application
4. CHCC approval

• Criteria for an Affiliate Ministry

1. 1 year regular CHCC attendance
2. Affirmation of CHCC values & doctrinal statement
3. Affirmation of a personal relationship with Christ

These "Affiliate Ministries" are independent ministries.
They are recognized as equal partners or "Affiliates" in the church's efforts.
